2] When you send in your request, please provide the following
information:
a] Full name
b] E-Mail address
c] Titles requested - Only 3 tapes can be requested.
Tapes are copied at the same speed as mine. Only one EP tape per
request. Mixing and matching is allowed, within reason, for titles
that do not fill an entire tape.
d] Request method - SASE (you buy the tapes and mail them
to me unopened in a bubble mailer with return postage) or Reimbursement
(you send me a money order, personal check, or cash to cover the cost of
the tapes and shipping).
e] Tape brand - Available tape brands include: Maxell
HiFi, TDK HiFi, PTS with Fuji 611. If you want another tape brand,
you must use the SASE method as described above. For SVHS requests, you
must use the SASE method. Please inform me of the tape brand you will
send, since I will not accept certain brands or lower quality grades.
3] Here are the costs (in US Dollars) of a request based on the number of
tapes.

Add $1 to the total for each tape requiring me to use a T-160 (those
titles in yellow).
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. For foreign orders, please contact me
about shipping costs.
4] Once I receive your request, I will check it and send you a message
letting you know if it is approved or if it needs to be revised and
resubmitted. If approved, you will receive my mailing address in the
message.
5] Once I receive your letter/SASE, you enter the recording queue. The
time in the queue varies on how many requests are already in the queue,
how many of those have EP tapes, how much time I have to make copies, etc.
PLEASE do not send me any messages asking "When are my
tapes going to be copied?" or "Have you sent my tapes yet?", unless it has
been over 4 weeks since the date I have received your request. This date
and others will be listed on the Distribution
Status page, that will be updated often.
6] Once the tapes are copied, they will be packaged at sent the next time
I make a trip to the Post Office (usually twice a week). I will e-mail
you on the day that I mail your tapes.
7] I am asking that you wait at least 4 weeks from the day you notify me
about receiving your tapes before making another request. If you fail to
notify me, you will noy be allowed to request until 8 weeks from the day I
sent your tapes. This is to allow me to distribute to a greater number
of fans. Please be considerate of your fellow fans and patient with
me.
