2] When you send in your request, please provide the following
information in the form at the end of this document:
a] E-Mail address
b] Full name
c] Mailing address
d] Titles requested - Only 3 tapes can be requested.
Tapes are copied at the same speed as mine. Only one EP tape per
request. Mixing and matching is allowed, within reason, for titles
that do not fill an entire tape.
e] Tape brand - Only the following tape brands will be
accepted: Maxell HiFi, Maxell SVHS, TDK HiFi, TDK SVHS, Fuji AV
Master, Fuji SVHS.
Available request methods:
SASE (you purchase the tapes (only certain brands and
grades - see below), send them to me UNOPENED in a bubble
mailer with return postage for USPS Priority Mail ($3 stamp). If you are
requesting from a foreign country, including Canada, special arrangements
are necessary for SASE. Contact me for details.)
Reimbursement (you send me a money order, personal check,
or cash to cover the cost of the tapes and shipping. I use PTS tapes
spooled with Fuji HiFi tape and clear plastic sleeves.)
Note: For SVHS requests, you
must use the SASE method. Please inform me of the tape brand you will
send.
3] Here are the costs (in US Dollars) of a request based on the number of
tapes.

Add $1 to the total for each tape requiring me to use a T-160 (those
titles in yellow).
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. For foreign orders, please contact me
about shipping costs.
3] Once I receive your request, I will check it and send you a message
letting you know if it is approved or if it needs to be revised and
resubmitted. If approved, you will receive my mailing address in the
message.
4] Once I receive your SASE/reimbursement, you enter the recording queue.
The time in the queue varies on how many requests are already in the
queue, how many of those have EP tapes, how much time I have to make
copies, etc. PLEASE do not send me any messages asking
"When are my tapes going to be copied?" or "Have you sent my tapes yet?",
unless it has been over 4 weeks since the date I have received your
request. This date and others will be listed on the Distribution Status page, that will be updated
often.
5] Once the tapes are copied, they will be packaged at sent the next time
I make a trip to the Post Office (usually once a week). I will e-mail
you on the day that I mail your tapes.
6] I am asking that you wait at least one month from the day you receive
your tapes before making another request. This is to allow me to
distribute to a greater number of fans. Please be considerate of your
fellow fans and patient with me.
7] Donations are appreciated but neither expected nor required.
8] Only one EP tape per request. This means only one tape of DragonBall TV per request, since it is the only EP title I offer for distribution.
